
I discovered Bikram Yoga in September 2002. I had driven by a local studio and was very intrigued. I made the decision to give it a try and after my first class I knew I had just found something that would change my life. I began practicing Bikram 5-7 days a week and started to feel a complete mind and body transformation.
Bikram Yoga became a way of life for me. The more I practiced the better I felt in every aspect of my life. For many years I wanted to attend Bikram's Teacher Training and I finally made it happen in Spring 2011 ( LA ). It was so hard to leave my family for 9 weeks, but it was the best decision. I could finally give back to my students everything that Bikram Yoga has done for me.
