CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hot 26/2

A traditional Bikram Yoga class. A steady, structured practice of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a heated room (105°F). Rooted in tradition, this sequence supports joint health, detoxification, and mental clarity while building resilience from the inside out. This class offers a reliable container for discipline, focus, and coming home to your breath—again and again. 105 degrees (90 min unless otherwise specified)

Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-energy class that blends Pilates-inspired core work with interval training — all set to upbeat music in a heated room. This full-body workout builds deep strength, stamina, and stability while supporting balance and mobility. The heat helps your muscles activate more efficiently, supports detox through sweat, and keeps your body warm as you move with intention. Expect to leave energized, strong, and connected to your power.  A fiery, full-body practice that builds resilience from the inside out — strength without strain, effort with intention. 95 degrees  (60 min)

Heated All Levels Flow

A welcoming, vinyasa-based flow designed for every body and every level. This moderately paced class focuses on breath-led movement, mobility, and balanced strength, with thoughtful sequencing and accessible options offered throughout.  Expect a steady, grounding flow that builds warmth without overwhelm - enough challenge to feel energized, with space to slow down, modify, or deepen your practice as needed. Whether you’re newer to yoga, returning after time away, or simply looking for a supportive flow, this class meets you where you are.  Warm, 85 degrees. (60 min)

Tone & Flow Fusion

Tone & Flow Fusion combines strength, sculpt and Vinyasa flow for a dynamic, full-body workout. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, and resistance techniques, this class focuses on toning and defining muscles while moving through fluid, mindful sequences. It’s a perfect blend of strength training and flowing movement, designed to help you build power, improve flexibility, and find balance. Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and flow in a class that leaves you energized and empowered. 95°F (60 mins)

Hot Power Yoga

A strong, athletic, heat-building practice designed to challenge the body and sharpen focus. This class features continuous, powerful vinyasa sequencing that builds strength, stamina, and mobility while encouraging mental resilience and presence. Expect fewer pauses, intentional transitions, and opportunities to explore peak poses - all supported by clear cues and optional modifications. This is a place to sweat, move with purpose, and tap into your inner strength. (Experience with vinyasa recommended)  95 degrees (60 min)

Warm Yin

This meditative, floor-based class includes long, passive holds to release fascia, open connective tissue, and encourage stillness. Yin supports deep flexibility while creating space to feel, reflect, and just be. Yin invites expansion through presence—not force. Express Power

Short on time, not on intention.

Express Power is a 45-minute, all-levels vinyasa flow designed to help you move, breathe, and build heat efficiently before the day begins. Taught in a heated room, this class features creative, streamlined sequencing that focuses on strength, mobility, and steady breath without feeling rushed. Expect purposeful transitions, strong standing work, and mindful movement that leaves you feeling energized, grounded, and ready for the day ahead. Perfect for early mornings when you want a powerful practice in a shorter window. Heated, 45 mins.

Barre & Sculpt Fusion

Barre & Sculpt Fusion is a low - to moderate-intensity, mat-based class designed to build strength, stability, and endurance through precise, controlled movement. This class takes place entirely on the mat and incorporates small, intentional movements that target deep stabilizing muscles, core strength, balance, and posture. Using light equipment and bodyweight resistance, you’ll challenge your muscles in a way that feels focused, effective, and joint-friendly. Expect slow burns, intentional sequencing, and plenty of opportunities to tune in and feel the work - without high impact or fast transitions. This class still delivers a strong, empowering workout in a supportive, heated environment. 95 degrees

Strength & Sculpt

A full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and stamina through intentional movement. This class blends sculpting exercises, targeted core work, and short bursts of light cardio to keep your energy high and your muscles engaged. Expect a fun, motivating sweat with mindful pacing and options for all levels.  95°, 45-60 mins - see schedule

Restorative Yoga

A slow, supported practice designed to downshift your nervous system and create deep rest. Using props, stillness, and ease, you’ll be guided into quiet recovery—no effort required. Restoration is not a luxury—it’s part of the process. This class invites you to pause, soften, and replenish. Warm, 60 mins
