I first discovered Bikram Yoga while studying at Berklee College of Music, at a time when I needed it most. As a musician, I loved playing, but spine issues and carpal tunnel made it painful to even hold my instrument. I was relying on constant chiropractor visits just to get by. When I found Bikram Yoga, everything began to change. Yoga gave me lasting relief, and for the first time, I could take my health into my own hands.
After graduating from Berklee in 2010, I completed Bikram's teacher training in the fall of 2011 and began teaching at Bikram Yoga Boston and many surrounding studios. Over the years, I have worked with thousands of students, helping them move more freely, find relief from chronic pain, and feel more at home in their body and mind.
In September 2020, I opened Instrumental Yoga, where I shared this practice with my community for five years. Through every stage of my teaching, my passion for Bikram Yoga has remained constant. It continues to inspire me, and I am grateful for every opportunity to pass along this incredible gift.
Yoga transformed my life, and I look forward to sharing that transformation with you in class.
