Constantine is a local graduate of Pentucket HS, Worcester Academy, and Wagner College in NYC. He is also the proud son of Expand Yoga practitioner Martha, who has been practicing Bikram Yoga consistently now for 16 years!
In 2009, at age 36, Constantine started practicing Bikram Yoga at Bikram Yoga Boston/Harvard Square. He was at the end of a long semi-pro football career, and with consistent Bikram practice, he healed his knees after eight major surgeries and a ruptured bicep tendon. In the process, Constantine also lost fifty pounds! By faith, Constantine left his professional career on Wall Street to become a certified Bikram Yoga teacher and graduated from Bikram’s teacher training Spring 2012 in Los Angeles, CA. After being mentored for six years at Bikram Yoga Boston/Harvard Sq, Constantine took another leap of faith and left his home in the US following his vision to introduce the healing powers of Bikram yoga to his ancestors' home country of Greece.
In 2015, Constantine opened and ran Greece Bikram Yoga non for profit on the island of Lesvos, Greece. Constantine built an all-inclusive community within the refugee crisis, teaching Bikram Yoga for free every day for over four years to refugees, local citizens, and global volunteers, fulfilling his vision. While running the studio, Constantine also worked full-time as a sea rescuer and a humanitarian volunteer. In 2019, Constantine continued his yoga education in Kolkata, India, where he graduated from Ghosh's Yoga College of India therapeutic yoga teacher training.
Constantine has enjoyed the privilege of traveling around the globe and back, sharing his energy, love, and the gift of Bikram Yoga. After more than a decade abroad, Constantine has recently returned home to continue teaching Bikram Yoga, building communities, and is aspiring to publish a series of autobiographical memoirs.
