Hi, I’m Elyse! I’m a New York transplant now living just outside of Boston. I believe everyone has the right to advocate for their health and find a healing path that truly serves them—and I’m here to help you discover your own wellness ritual.
My classes are rooted in kindness, compassion, and support. I meet you where you are and help you shed stress, embrace joy, and build strength in a way that feels authentic and intuitive. Through yoga, meditation, the elements, and plant medicine, I hold space for deep personal healing.
As a four-time marathoner living with Lyme disease, I hope to inspire others to listen to their bodies and take charge of their well-being. Before teaching yoga, I earned a Bachelor’s in Journalism from SUNY Purchase and a Master’s from NYU, working nearly five years as a multimedia journalist.
My yoga journey began in 2012 at Yoga Body Shop in Johnson City, NY, and in 2015 I completed my 240-hour yoga certification with Audrey McNamara Sheldon in the Dharma Mittra tradition.
Since then, I’ve taught in studios across North Carolina and Massachusetts, led virtual and private sessions, and expanded my practice with Reiki I & II, SUP Yoga, and Ganja Yoga certifications.
I’ve taught on the water with SUP YO Adventures and guided hikes in the White Mountains as a certified Wilderness First Aid and CPR hiking guide. Whether on land or water, in studio or outdoors, my goal is to hold space with presence, playfulness, and care—so you can connect to your own inner guide.
