Since starting my own personal practice in 2011, I’ve come to see yoga as a lifelong companion—a practice that has held, healed, and guided me through many seasons of life. My heart is especially drawn to restorative, yin and slow flow vinyasa, where there is space to soften, listen, and truly be.
In my classes, my intention is to create a nurturing environment where every student feels safe to arrive just as they are. I believe yoga is less about striving and more about allowing—allowing ourselves to rest, release, and reconnect with our most authentic selves. I weave in my artistic side, bringing all of our senses online to achieve this.
It’s an honor to give back to the communities that have supported me along my journey, especially while completing my 200 hour teacher training at The Salty Buddha. I hope to offer classes that feel like a nurturing pause, an invitation to breathe, and a reminder that you are enough exactly as you are.
